Canvas Conference faqs

What is the cost of registration?

 

Kalispell location: Early Bird cost $45
Cut Bank location: Early Bird cost $25

Where will the conference be held?

 

Canvas Conference will be held live at the Kalispell campus. The conference will be broadcast at the Cut Bank campus.

What is included with registration?

 

You will be inspired by dynamic speakers featuring Jordan Hodges, Wes Davis, Kevin Geer, and more!

Kalispell: Included with registration is a Canvas Conference t-shirt, sticker, and dessert both nights. Food trucks available for additional food/drink purchase throughout the event.

Cut Bank: Included with registration is a t-shirt, sticker, and dessert Friday night, and dinner Saturday night.

I am unable to locate my ticket(s). How do I find them?

Tickets can be found in your email by searching “Canvas Conference 2022”. If you need to have your tickets resent to you click here and enter the email address they were purchased under, or call the office at 406-752-6426.

Does my ticket cover all sessions? 

Yes, a one-time purchased ticket covers your admission on both days and all sessions.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event on one or both days?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you are welcome to gift or sell your purchased ticket on your own.

Are scholarships available?

There are no scholarships available for this event.

Is there handicap seating available?

There is reserved handicap seating available and marked on the Kalispell Campus live event seating map. Follow instructions given when selecting those marked seats to purchase.

Can I change seats after I purchase my ticket?

Due to the volume of tickets being sold, we are unable to reassign seats once purchased.

Is there childcare for the conference?

No, there is no childcare provided. However, you can purchase a seat for your child(ren). Please use parental discretion regarding the age appropriateness of the event, specifically the Hot Seat session.

Will the conference be live-streamed?

The conference will not be live streamed.

Are meals included with the cost of my ticket?

Dessert on Friday night and dinner on Saturday will be included with your ticket. There will be allergy-friendly options available. In addition, Kalispell Campus will have food trucks available for additional food/drink purchases at times throughout the event. 

Parking

Parking is limited so we recommend carpooling to the live event. We will have marked overflow parking available with shuttle service at the Kalispell Youth Athletic Complex.
