THINK, DISCUSS, LIVE: These questions are great for personal reflection, group discussion, or both. They’re meant to help you grow in your faith, deepen your connection with your Jesus friends, and live it out in the world around you.
Share one of your favorite Easter memories. What made it meaningful or memorable to you?
In 1 Corinthians 15:14, it says our faith is useless if Jesus didn’t rise—why do you think the resurrection is so central to our faith?
Which part of the resurrection story gives you the most hope right now—defeating death, forgiveness, or future restoration? Why?
The two followers in Luke 24 didn’t recognize Jesus at first. Why do you think we sometimes miss what God is doing right in front of us? Can you provide an example from your own life?
When have you experienced something like “spiritual blindness”—a time when you couldn’t see clearly but later realized God was at work?
In Genesis 3, people’s eyes were opened to sin and shame. How do you see that same pattern (hiding, shame, doing things our own way) show up in life today?
Jesus “opened their eyes” in Luke 24:30. What do you think it looks like for God to open someone’s eyes today?
The resurrection is a “divine reversal”—God stepping in to turn hopeless situations into hope, weakness into strength, and defeat into victory. Where have you experienced that in your life? Where do you need Jesus to bring resurrection or new life right now?
In 2 Corinthians 5:17, we’re told we are made new in Christ. In what ways do you see your life becoming more like Jesus and less like your old self?
