James 1:2-3| “In this world we have many challenges and trials. Our faith is often tested directly or indirectly.  James tells us, Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.” The truth is we can walk victoriously because in us dwells God’s Holy Spirit.

1 John 4:4: “But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.” He isn’t there to condemn us but to reveal and remind us of what is true about us. Since the Spirit of God lives in us, we have his power to overcome life’s trials and the ability to live our lives victoriously in him.
