STUDENT HOUSING

Thank you for your interest in Canvas College Student Housing! Our goal is to provide an affordable, safe and God-honoring place for Canvas College students to live. We look forward to an amazing year in Canvas College Housing!

Student Housing is only available to students who have been accepted into the Canvas College Experience.

WHAT DO YOU GET WITH Canvas College HOUSING?

Utilities and Wifi are included.

Located near Canvas Church/Canvas College, shopping and bike/walking paths and sports complex.

Less than the community college dorms (those are $675 a month).

No yard or lawn maintenance, and snow plowed during the winter.

Canvas College provides twin beds, sofas, and washers and dryers in each apartment.

Coordinate with your future roommates on other furniture, kitchen items, etc.

Resident Advisors live on site, someone who will be there for you for big questions or small inconveniences.

Canvas Church is the lease holder and incurs all up-front move-in costs.

Students are not responsible for any portion of the rent other than their own individual agreements.

Move in day for all residents will be Saturday, August 20

There will be a mandatory housing meeting on August 20

STEPS TO RESERVE A SPOT

1. Complete the housing application
2. Be accepted to Canvas College and Northwest University
3. Sign a 12-month or 8-month lease

WHAT TO EXPECT IN Canvas College HOUSING

Security deposit $500.

4 students per apartment, 2 students per room.

Our housing applications allows for roommate requests/preferences. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee anything.

To create the best possible environment for everyone, all residents are required to sign the Canvas College Housing Agreement located within the Canvas College Housing Handbook and all students are required to sign a Canvas College Lifestyle Agreement/Code of Conduct.

Residents are responsible for their rent for the entirety of the lease. If a resident needs to move out for any reason before the lease expires, they are still responsible for payment or to find a mutually agreed upon replacement.

TV services/streaming subscriptions NOT included.
